This is a Mamiya M 75MM F4.5 L Short Barrel Lens. This lens is designed to be used with the tilt shift adapter. Use it without, but you will not be able to shoot at infinity.

This lens is in excellent condition and show normal wear. There is a slight haze in the rear element. You cannot see it without a flashlight. It will not interfere with anything. Comes with both front and rear caps.
