This is a Mamiya RZ67 Pro II AE Prism Finder.

This finder is in Excellent Condition and shows less than normal wear. It works perfectly and makes your camera work as it was designed to do. Although you cannot see it when looking through it, I did notice a chip in one of the corners of the prism. It does not interfere with anything and is not noticeable using, but I wanted to make sure it was mentioned. Comes with a protective cover.
