This is a Mamiya RZ67 Short Barrel Spacer.

This Spacer will allow you turn your 180 or 75 Short Barrel Lens into a standard lens which means you will be able to focus out to infinity with them. You can also use this as an auto extension tube.

This adapter is in excellent working condition and shows less than normal wear. Comes with both front and rear caps as well as a copy of the instruction booklet.
